Professor David Crouch is a globally recognised expert in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) defence and civil nuclear safety, with over 30 years of experience across the defence, security, and civil nuclear sectors. He currently serves as Technical Director at United CBRN Limited, and a Visiting Professor at the University of Hertfordshire. David also manages the UK Ministry of Defence’s Counter-CBRN Professional Education Programme at Cranfield University.
David has held global leadership roles at 3M and Scott Safety, where he drove the development of innovative respiratory and CBRN protection solutions. He has been instrumental in advancing global standards in safety as a director of the International Society for Respiratory Protection (ISRP) and as a representative in ISO, CEN, and BSI committees. He chaired CEN Technical Committee 391’s Working Group on CBRNe and contributed to ISO CBRN guidelines.
A Senior Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), David regularly contributes to nuclear counter-proliferation research and open-source intelligence programs. He is a thought leader in global CBRN challenges and has delivered keynote addresses at prominent RUSI events. As former chairman of CBRN-UK, the UK industry’s specialist CBRN interest group, between 2016-2019, David remains steadfast in his support of UK industry as a member of the ADS Security Sector Council and a representative on the ADS Council.
David’s career includes overseeing hazardous environment operations across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and delivering CBRN remediation programs worldwide. He is a published author with multiple patents and peer-reviewed articles and has earned the 2022 Revoir Award for outstanding leadership in respiratory protection. His work continues to enhance resilience for first responders, defence forces, and civil nuclear operators globally.
Jonathan is a seasoned financial professional with over a decade of experience in the field. He currently serves as the Finance Director at United CBRN Ltd, bringing his expertise to this specialized consulting company.
Jonathan is a qualified member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) and holds membership in the British Computer Society (BCS), ensuring that his services meet the highest professional standards. His dual expertise in finance and technology allows him to offer modern and effective solutions in his role.
Known for his efficiency, Jonathan is committed to providing exceptional financial management. His experience spans various industries, including defence and security, where he applies his skills to support United CBRN Ltd’s mission in enhancing global security through innovative CBRN solutions.
With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including senior clinical and leadership roles as a Therapeutic Radiographer in Yorkshire’s leading NHS cancer centres, Rosaleen brings a strong foundation of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development to the team at United CBRN Limited.
Currently serving as Administrative Manager, she oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of administrative processes to ensure efficient day-to-day operations at United CBRN Limited. Her role involves implementing and optimising organisational policies and procedures, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Throughout her NHS career, she has been instrumental in implementing advanced radiotherapy technologies, developing and delivering training programmes, and maintaining alignment with national healthcare guidance and legislation. She is also a published co-author and has presented at both national and international radiotherapy conferences.
At United CBRN Limited, she works closely with multidisciplinary teams to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and support the company’s mission to advance global security through innovative CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) solutions.
